Eugin clinic was established in 1999. Since December 2019, it is located in a modern design building where there are 6,000 m² dedicated to patient care. Eugin is the largest assisted reproduction clinic in Europe – it has been built to ensure patients’ optimum well-being and comfort. There are 12 examination rooms, 2 operating rooms and 2 embryo transfer rooms available for patients. Usually, the clinic performs more than 8,000 treatment cycles per year. In 2020, because of the pandemic situation in Europe, the specialists at Eugin carried out over 4,000 treatment cycles, of which 20% were IVF with own eggs cycles, 20% were egg donation cycles, and the remaining 60% were artificial insemination, frozen embryo transfers, embryo donation, ROPA method, etc. The clinic has three laboratories: embryology lab (70 m²), sperm preparation lab (50 m²), and cryostorage lab (30 m²).
Eugin offers their patients a revolutionary concept of service, without waiting rooms. Patients can take advantage of the unique innovative space of over 30 private waiting areas which actually are exclusive private rooms connected to the examination room. In this comfortable space, patients can wait for their doctor’s appointment, talk to their physician, or make personal decisions in privacy. IVF with own eggs costs
IVF treatment with patient’s own eggs and partner sperm costs €5,398 and using donor sperm – €5, 728. Sedation during egg retrieval and ICSI are included.
The cost of frozen embryo transfer is €2,042.
Egg Donation Costs
The egg donation treatment with partner’s sperm costs €8,930 and using donor sperm €9,514. This egg donation program includes

Eugin Success Rates 2020
The egg donation clinical pregnancy success rates were 52% in 2020 and for IVF with own eggs – 38%. The clinical pregnancy success rates with own eggs as per woman’s age were as follows
- women under 35 – 49%
- women 35-40 – 44%
- women above 40 – 23%.
The embryo donation clinical pregnancy rates were 39% and the frozen embryo clinical pregnancy rate was 32% in 2020.
Eugin specialists recommend and practice embryo transfer at the blastocyst stage, on day 5 of the embryo development. The average number of embryos transferred in 2020 was 1.2%. Thus the multiple birth rate was 3.8% (for egg donation programs) last year.
